Please find below some helpful advice on dealing with an unexpected death of a loved one.

  • The emergency services might have been involved initially, and a Coroner’s Officer will look into the matter and liaise with you throughout.
  • Contact us (01630 654490) and we will advise you on  procedures and funeral arrangements, and we will liaise with the Coroner’s Office.
  • The Hospital will inform you that the Coroner is involved and a Coroner’s Officer will look into the matter and liaise with you throughout.

  • Contact the hospital to arrange collection of your loved one’s property.
  • The Home manager will inform you that the Coroner is involved and a Coroner’s Officer will look into the matter and liaise with you throughout.
